Every tool is described in the [tools reference](https://docs.grovs.io/docs/ai/mcp/tools-reference).

## Projects

**Prompt:** List my grovs projects

Tools: `get_status`

Your account and a table of projects, each with its instance ID, production and test project IDs, and domains. Most tools take a project ID. The assistant keeps these IDs for the rest of the session.

**Prompt:** Create a new project named Medly

Tools: `create_project`

A new project with a production and a test environment, each with its own ID and domain.

```text
Instance ID: zE3sye
Production project: Medly (ID: 2DsyOW)
Test project: Medly (ID: G4sRDr)
```

**Prompt:** What's the usage on my Medly project?

Tools: `get_usage`

Monthly active users against your plan's limit, and whether you have a paid subscription. Over the free limit without one, a warning says deep links have stopped working.

## Links

**Prompt:** Create a link that opens my app, or sends people to medly.example if it's not installed

Tools: `create_link`

A new link that opens the app when installed and falls back to the URL otherwise.

```text
URL: https://med1a2b.grovs.link/landing
```

**Prompt:** Create a link that always goes to our blog, even for people who have the app

Tools: `create_link`

A link that skips the app on every platform. The assistant sets `open_app_if_installed: false` for each redirect.

**Prompt:** Show me all the links in my Medly project

Tools: `search_links`

A paged table of links with views, opens, installs and status.

**Prompt:** Change the preview title of the landing link to 'Refill in two taps'

Tools: `update_link`

The link with its new title. Only the changed field is sent.

**Prompt:** Archive the old promo link

Tools: `search_links`, `archive_link`

The assistant finds the link, confirms which one you mean, then archives it. Archiving cannot be undone.

**Prompt:** Create a Spring Refill campaign with links for /home, /deals and /checkout

Tools: `create_campaign`, `create_link`

One campaign and three links in it.

## Analytics

**Prompt:** How are my links performing this month?

Tools: `get_analytics_overview`

Views, opens, installs and returning users for this month, next to the previous month.

**Prompt:** How is https\://med1a2b.grovs.link/landing doing?

Tools: `get_link_analytics`

Metrics for that one link. A full URL or just the path works.

**Prompt:** Show the top 5 links by views in the last 7 days

Tools: `get_top_links`

A ranked table of five links for that date range.

**Prompt:** Which campaigns drove the most installs this quarter?

Tools: `list_campaigns`

Campaigns sorted by installs, with views, opens and revenue for each.

## Settings

**Prompt:** Set the iOS fallback to my App Store page and the Android fallback to Google Play

Tools: `configure_redirects`

The project-wide fallbacks for iOS and Android. Other platforms keep their settings.

**Prompt:** Configure the SDK with iOS bundle com.medly.app and Android package com.medly.app

Tools: `configure_sdk`

The app identifiers grovs needs so links open your app instead of the fallback URL.

## Tips

- Name the project when you have several.
- Ask for a dry run before bulk changes: "List the links you would archive. Don't archive yet."
- Expect a confirmation before anything is archived.
